Huntley School of Equitation interviewing for student places

Huntley School of Equitation are now interviewing for student places to start September 2013.

“We can offer places for students training for all levels of BHS exams and we have an extremely high pass rate.

Course Details:

Our long term course runs over a year offering 51/2 days training over 50 weeks. Shorter term courses can be organised to suit the individual.

All students receive a minimum of 10 hours formal training a week, from qualified BHS Coaches and Assessors. This includes dressage, jumping, and stable management as well as teaching practice and coaching theory towards the UKCC Level 2 / 3 and BHS Preliminary Teaching Test through to BHS Senior Coaching examinations.

In addition all students will receive at least 30 hours per week of supervised skills practice on the yard.

Accommodation:

On site self-catering accommodation in a shared, centrally heated farmhouse. Sorry no “other halves” or pets allowed in the house.  All general household and cleaning materials are provided and included in the cost.

In order to fulfil Health and Safety requirements students are expected to keep the farmhouse clean and tidy.

Cost:

£2000 for a twelve month course paid in advance or £200 per month paid in advance by standing order. A £200 deposit is required to secure a place.
