Following the disappointing cancellation of the North Hereford Hunt point-to-point last weekend, local racing action moves on to Cold Harbour (HR6 0JS), Monkland on Sunday (30th) for a packed afternoon of sport.
There will be three competitive pony races, with the first at 12.45pm, followed by the first point-to-point of a seven-race card at 2pm. The feature race of the meeting is the Area Classic, the four-mile Men’s Open for the Crudwell Cup, worth £700 to the winner.
Clerk of the course, Alan Rogers and his team have been watering the course to produce the best possible ground, and a Hunt Scurry over one circuit of the course will follow the racing.
Entrance to the course is £10 per person, under 16’s and car parking free.
