The Farriers Registration Council is the governing body of farriers in the UK.  It gives all the information you need re farriers and the practice of shoeing horses.  They  also provide a ‘find a farrier‘ database search, listing farriers in the uk, so you can search by town or postcode.   Some local farriers have also asked to be listed on this page and can be found below.

Although I have included barefoot trimmers on this page, it should be noted that they are not regulated by the Farriers Registration Council.  See website for more information:  http://www.farrier-reg.gov.uk/
