Samsara Equine Rehabilitation Centre arrives at Cabalva Farm

Stephen & Julie Goodridge have just returned from 3 intensive years in Central France where Stephen learned a unique method of treating soft-tissue injuries in horses.

He trained with a Dutch horseman called Willy Sidorak who has had a lot of success over many years with horses of all levels from happy hackers to top Olympic riders. Very often, Samsara is the last stop for many horses. They come with a whole range of behavioural and physical issues which have not
been able to be resolved with more conventional approaches or often even unconventional approaches. Their own stallion, Vigo, out of Concorde, consigned to the scrap heap, was sold to Olympic rider Cian O’Connor with a full bill of health after going through their treatment process. “What you will get from us is
the truth – if the horse is beyond help we’ll tell you, if it possible to help it but in other ways we’ll point you in the right direction. “ says Stephen.
“Prevention is better than cure and we share our simple philosophy with owners who want to listen – as humans we like to over-complicate and we do our four legged friends a dis-service in doing that, we believe. “

For the month of January they are offering free assessments within a 20 mile radius of Hay-On-Wye and 25% off treatment prices. Go to www.samsara-equitation.co.uk to find out more or call Stephen 07794-935590.
