I work with a variety of therapies - Masterson Method, Feldenkrais-inspired Debono Moves and Amnanda, an Ayurvedic 12 month process for trauma release. Masterson Method is a unique method of equine bodywork that focuses on the key areas of stress, relieving tension in core muscles and key junctions of the body that affect the horse’s comfort and movement. The horse’s responses to the touch guides the bodywork enabling the horse to actively participate and enable profound shifts in postural patterns through regulation and re-education of the nervous system and neural pathways.

Sessions can include showing you how to bring elements of somatic education into your training, make tacking up a warm up to your ride and simple ground work to bring you and your horse into an easy state of flow.  I am a therapist and trainer for Amnanda process, using herbal oils and attuned touch to create change at a cellular level. This triggers healing at a physical level, repairing injury, increasing immunity and overall improvement of metabolism. It also enables a different interpretation, increasing the animal’s positivity, confidence, openness to new experiences and ability to learn.  My approach is guided by my understanding of Ayurveda and how to apply these insights for their health and happiness. We can discuss different ways of keeping horses that meet their instinctual needs, including diet and herbs to support their health.
