“How do I place an advert for anything on this website?” Click the ‘Advertise’ link in the menu above and then select the type of advert you require, ie: Private Classified Advert, Advertising an Event, Business Advert or Stallion at Stud.

“How do I edit my advert/event?” See the drop down menu under User Login/reg above.

I’ve added an event, but now want to add a schedule” – email it to

I’ve added my event, but want to upgrade it to a promoted event” – email

Do I need to  register?

Yes: if you organise events and want to add or manage your event/s. 

Yes: if you want to respond to a classified advert using the ‘contact’ option next to the advert.

Login / logout issues

If you have registered but haven’t received an ‘Activate your Account’ email, please check your junk mailbox.  Some people are experiencing a delay before receiving an email confirming their user account on Hereford Equestrian. I’m working on the issue and hope to solve the glitch soon.


“How do I place an advert?”

To place a classified ad, visit that section, then click ‘Place Ad’
To place a business advert, including livery yards, click ‘Advertise’ in the main menu, then ‘Business Advertising’.
To advertise an event, click ‘Advertise’ in the menu and then ‘Add an Event’

Make sure you read the warning about scams if placing a classified advert.

“How do I use the what’s on page?”:

  • Firstly choose your preferred way of viewing events, by clicking the  “View As” menu.
  • Narrow down your choices, eg. fun rides, Sundays, using the filters.
  • Remember to clear your filters if you want to see all events.
  • Map view page – input your postcode and the results will show all events within 75 miles.
  • Click the venue name to see all events at that venue.

“Where are the banner ads?”:

You’re missing out if you can’t see the banner adverts and so are the local businesses who advertise on the website!
If you have Adblocker turned on in your browser, you won’t see any ads, so please ‘whitelist’ or turn Adblock off.
