Entries close the Friday before at 9am

Late entries may be taken on the Friday, until 2pm (bacs payment must be received by 3pm)

Approx Start time 9:30am

Fillers will be at the side of the fences for classes 1,2 & 3 and the fillers will start to come in from class 4 50cm.

Class 1 X poles Entry fee £11.00

Class 2 30cm mix of x poles and uprights. Entry fee £11.00

Class 3 40/45cm Entry fee £11.00

Classes 1-3 rosettes 1^st -6^th place medals 1^st -3^rd.

Class 4 50/55cm Entry Fee £13.00

Class 5 60/65cm Entry Fee £13.00

Class 6 70/75cm Entry Fee £13.00

Class 7 80/85cm Entry Fee £13.00

Class 8 90/95cm Entry fee £13.00

Class 9 1m/1.05m Entry Fee £13.00

Classes 4-9 Rosettes 1^st-6^th place.

Prize money 1^st-3^rd subject to entry ratio. Over 6 entries 1^st £12.00 over 12 entries 2^nd £8.00 over 18 entries 3^rd £4.00

schooling rounds at 1.10m & 1.15m by request £12.00 per round

All classes will be drawn order.

First aid charge is now included in your entry fee.

Prizes can be collected from the collecting ring hut after the class has finished, please allow 5mins for the results to reach the hut.

Please send entry details by either email Mfec@btconnect.com or by the MFCC face book messenger & pay by bacs. You can now also enter via the web site. (NO BOOKING FEE) online Entries close the Thursday before at 10pm. Late entries may be taken on the Friday until 2pm by email or Dm on face book, payment is by bacs & these must be made by 3pm.

Once entries have closed, we will not refund & we will only transfer entries if we can find someone else to take your entries.

If you are not sure about entering more than one class, we will take late entries on the day from combinations that have already entered but we will only be able to take cash as the office will not be open. Please can you pop a note when entering that you may want to do this so we can leave a little bit of extra time for classes.

We will operate class start times & drawn orders. These will be published on the website.

📍Children riding horses MUST BE 12yrs & over

📍Show dress code correct competition wear shirt with collar and or tie white beige Jodhpurs & show jackets or pony club jumpers. Festive jumpers and tinsel can also be worn.

📍Correct footwear & riding hats must be worn whilst mounted.

📍Spurs must be worn in the downward position

📍Practice fences to be jumped with the red wing on the right.

📍Please do not leave your horse tied up to the side of you horse boxes & please do not allow them to dig up the car park.

📍All horse must have up to date annual vaccinations.

📍All horse must be aged 4yrs & over.

📍Only horse that are entered may use the facilities.

📍Stallions MUST wear stallion disks & stallion ribbon (these can be purchased from British showjumping)

📍Dogs are no longer allowed on site but if you do have to bring them, they must stay in your Vehicles on hot days please leave them at home.   

📍On entering & leaving the facilities please make sure that the gates are closed behind you.
